What data we process and why
Price calculator and form
When you use the price calculator or the form, we collect the move details (service type, origin and destination, home size, date) and your contact details: name, phone and, if you provide it, email address.
- Purpose: working out a ballpark quote, sending it to you, and contacting you to sort out the details.
- Legal basis: your consent when submitting the data, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterward, for the applicable legal limitation periods. If the enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, a maximum of one year.
WhatsApp and direct email
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide in that conversation for the same purpose and on the same legal basis. In the case of WhatsApp, the communication is also governed by the terms of its provider, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
Advertising measurement
If you accept advertising cookies, Google processes data relating to your browsing to measure the effectiveness of our ads.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Who can access your data
We do not sell or transfer your data. We work with the following providers, who act as data processors under contract:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on applicable adequacy decisions.
We may also share data with public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: correct any data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure: request that we delete it.
- Restriction: ask us to suspend its processing.
- Objection: object to a specific processing activity.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Withdraw consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise them, write to us through the contact form stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of one month.
If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14. If we become aware that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it.

We may update it to reflect regulatory changes or new services. The date of the last update appears at the top.
